How to Mass Skip Steps Within a Play?

Overview

You run time-sensitive campaigns where one email needs to go out the same day and a second email needs to go out the day after, with call step(s) in between. If you cannot make the call to all the records, you want to skip a step for a mass of records through the People, Account, or Opportunity tab (Just like pausing people massively) so the second email goes out as scheduled. 

Information

The feature to mass skip or pause steps and records within a play is currently not available. you can only Pause Records within a Play. However, a feature to Mass skip steps has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
