Can a Robot Pause a Record In a Play?

Overview

You may want to know if it is possible to pause Contacts, Accounts, or Leads in a Play using a Robot.

Information

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Robots can only remove records from Plays.

The easiest way to pause multiple records is from the People view in the Playbooks extension as described in the article Pausing Records within a Play.
