Overview

You want to pause or reschedule all of your Plays / tasks so no automatic emails get sent out on a specific day (I.E. Memorial Day)

Information

When it comes to Scheduled Emails, bear in mind that you may be able to pause a Play or Snooze a task when initiating it, but if you've already scheduled emails for a specific day, they'll be sent on that day.

• If you haven't specifically scheduled emails for that day and you are under the assumption that some of your Plays have emails (records) that may be going out on such a day, you can pause these records until the day you want by following the steps described in the Pausing Records within a Play KB Article.

If you don't know which people has enrolled records with emails scheduled for that day, make sure you select them all using the top-left checkmark, as shown in the following picture:



Then, when the new option is shown, click on it to select all of them. 



Finally just click in the Ellipsis as described in the Pausing Records within a Play KB Article and select Pause People.
