Overview
You may receive an OOO auto-response from your prospect and would like to know if it will be counted as a Reply by Playbooks.
Information
Playbooks will not count auto-replies as a response - the user needs to open the email (which would be visible in the Activities tab) and then send an email to you in order for it to be counted as a response in Playbooks; additionally, you will receive a pop-up for new responses in Playbooks, from which you can reply to the email or mark the Play as successful.
Additionally, you can pause records/ contacts who are OOO so that they are not served for you in a Play.
Note: Customer responses are tracked only if you are using O365 or Gmail; this feature is not available for SMTP email servers.
