Overview
In case you are using Playbooks Email Tracking capabilities, you might run into a situation when you get the target cookie saved yourself in your browser by sending a tracked email to yourself or opening an email sent to your prospects. This is an unwanted situation because it will affect reports data.
Solution
The solution consists of 2 steps:
- You need to clear your browser cookies. E. g. for Chrome.
- You need to open a support request, mentioning your tracked email address to remove your tracking record from the database.

Escalate the issue to the Development Team with the email address asking to invalidate the cookie from the backend.
