Overview
You are unable to send emails from your Gmail account when tracking is turned on - you click on the Send button, it becomes greyed out and unresponsive, and the email is not delivered (stays in draft). At times, the email might be sent out to the client while still being displayed as a draft in Gmail.
It also may show 'Unknown Recipient' message in your task notifications.
Solution
- As a workaround, try turning Gmail Track & Sync integration on and off. Emails should go out after that.

- Playbooks Application.
- Click Settings.
- Click Preferences.
- Switch Gmail integration of and on again.
- Try sending an email using Track & Sync.
- Also, you can turn off Playbooks Tracking by clicking on the toggle button in the top right corner - you should be able to send emails from Gmail.
