Cannot Track Sent Emails When Using Outlook

Overview

You may encounter an issue that none of the emails that you have recently sent are displayed as opened by your prospects while you are using Outlook as your email client.

Solution

Please make sure to install the Playbooks for Outlook add-in to resolve this issue.

Note: If you do not have access to install plugins due to your organization rules, reach out to your manager to add this permission to your Office365 profile.
