When users make calls using WebRTC, the call goes out and the customer answers but there is no audio (silence for both users), then the call drops.
Data for custom record types (e.g., Responses) is not loaded when you enroll records in Playbooks. For example, only a phone number is imported, while a name and email is not registered.
None of the contact names are shown. All the names have the "unknown" value in the name field.
Shared record sometimes being presented to two reps simultaneously
When users are trying to make a call into a phone tree using the dial pad in Playbooks, it will register the number as if it was clicked twice.

Occasionally, tasks (e.g., calls) are not syncing to the CRM - Error 'unknown' in the task sync logs
Users are receiving an "An error occurred loading generic objects" message when opening call paths. No functionality appears to be affected, but the error message appears.
Inbound SMS replies are not syncing to the CRM, and users are not getting notifications for SMS replies in Playbooks.
