Topics
Connection
Playbooks will use your existing email service to send and receive email messages. Playbooks is compatible natively with Outlook 365 and Gmail providers, despite it being compatible with some other email platforms as well.
Email Notifications
Email Notifications inform when a prospect engages with the customer's emails. providing real-time insights when prospects open or forward emails, click links, or download attachments. This way, customers can analyze the reception and interest of their proposition before they even make a call.
SmartSend
SmartSend calculates the most likely time your email will be opened and schedules it to be sent at that time. If you want to send an email before that time, you still have the option to manually schedule your email send or send it immediately.
Highspot Integration
Highspot gives businesses a powerful advantage by enabling sellers to engage more effectively with buyers. Highspot provides the right guidance and the right content by bringing together content, sales communications, sales plays, sales training, buyer engagement capabilities, plus over 70+ technology integrations.
Click-to-Email
This feature allows users to click on a prospect’s email address directly in their CRM, draft a new one-off email (or use a template) and immediately send it.
Signature
Playbooks allow customers to present themselves with a solid email signature. They can format their text to look the way they want, saving time themselves from having to add a signature in every new email. Pictures, videos, and a company’s tagline can be added as well, and this email signature can be edited in the Playbooks email draft before sending the email.
