Overview

Your team uses Gmail as a primary method of communication. You need them to be able to schedule an email to send later when composing in Gmail (via smartsend and time selected in the Gmail integration). Besides navigating to SFDC in order to schedule an email, you are wondering if it's possible to schedule an email from Gmail.

Information

Unfortunately, you cannot schedule an email from Gmail in the current version of Playbooks, by design. However, a feature to add SmartSend in Gmail has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
