Cannot Cancel a Sent Message in Gmail After Enabling Integration with Playbooks

Overview

You may notice that you cannot unsend a message within 10 seconds after sending it from Gmail, which started happening after enabling the Track & Sync feature and Gmail Integration in the Playbooks extension.

Please note that this is an expected behavior - when the Gmail Integration is enabled in Playbooks and Track & Sync is turned on in Gmail, the feature to cancel sending emails in Gmail becomes disabled. The feature to schedule emails to be sent later in Gmail is also turned off.

If you want these features to be enabled while Gmail is Integrated with Playbooks, you can request it as an enhancement that will be considered for future releases by submitting a request to our support team.

Alternatively, you can disable the Playbooks Track & Sync feature from Gmail (by clicking on the yellow toggle button in the window where you write an email) to have the mentioned Gmail features functioning again.
