Welcome Email Link Expired

Overview

You are new in Playbooks and you are trying to get logged into Playbooks for the first time, but you're getting an error when trying to use the Welcome Email link because it expired.

 

Information

To solve this problem, contact any manager or Administrator in your organization, and ask them to reset your password by completing the following instructions: 

  1. Open the Playbooks Manager Application.
  2. Click the Teams tab.
  3. Click PEOPLE.
  4. Click the vertical ellipsis to the right of the agent’s name.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Reset a password by clicking SEND RESET INSTRUCTIONS.

Once your manager sends you the password reset link and you reset your password, you can log into the Playbooks instance and set up your account.

If a customer contacts support with an issue that their welcome link has expired, agents should impersonate the user's manager and send password reset instructions to the user.
