Overview
If you are sending automatic emails you might notice that emails are not being dispatched automatically and upon checking you can see an error "This email couldn't be automatically sent because automatic emails are not supported for this record type.". Same emails can be sent manually without a problem.
Solution
Contact your CRM admin to check if you are importing non-standard/custom records into Playbooks that cannot be supported for automatic emails and decide if you would like to use those or use standard records to utilize automatic emails.
