How to Send an Email Template to a Group Of People Automatically?

Overview

You may want to have an email or template sent out to a specific group of prospects automatically as soon as the record is added to a Play or on a specific time and want to know how to do it.

Solution

This can be done from a Play:

1. Create a new Play.
   
   
2. Add an Automatic Email step with the desired template to the Play - you can select the option to send it when a new record is being enrolled into Play.
   Note: If you want to send an email on a specific date and time, you can add an Automatic Email step scheduled for the desired date and time. Alternatively, you can select the Smart Send option, which will automatically pick the most optimal time to send the email to the prospects.
   
   
3. Add records to the Play that you have created.
   Also, you can enroll records automatically by creating a Robot.
