You may want to change how long the pop-up to accept incoming calls is displayed for agents and want to know how to do it?
Information
Currently, you cannot change the time for how long the pop-up for incoming calls is displayed; this feature has been logged as enhancement.
The Pop-up for Inbound calls is shown for 10 seconds; currently, this time does not change even if the agent answer time is set to a different value in the Rep Queue (when configuring a call path). After 10 seconds elapsed, the rep would need to open the tab where they have the Playbooks extension open to answer the call.
