Overview
You may want to change the route to rep time in direct inbound Call Paths to avoid cases where calls go to Voice Mail (e.g., after 25 seconds of ringing), and, as a result, Playbooks consider them as answered and reps need to log calls (disposition) that they haven't answered.
Information
Currently, the default route time is 30 seconds and there is no option to change it; this feature has been logged as enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
