I'm having issues with listening to Recordings

Overview

You clicked on the link to listen to a recording, but the Playbooks extension got activated like if you were not logged into the system.

 

Information

To solve this problem, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign out of Playbooks.

  2. Log out of Salesforce.

  3. Log back into Salesforce.

  4. Activate the Playbooks extension and Sign into it using your Salesforce credentials.

  5. Search for the recording you want to play and listen.
  6. Click on the link for the recording as you did previously.

    This will activate the Playbooks extension and you will be able to click on the Salesforce tab to log into it.

  7. Log into the system again using your Salesforce credentials and you will be able to listen this time the recording.
