Overview

You would like to add an error If no disposition fields are present, showing a message like "No disposition fields found as you are not currently assigned to a Team. Please reach out to your manager or admin to be added to a Team." every time a rep is removed from a Team. (Teams determine what disposition fields are present, so removing agents from teams shows no fields and no way to move forward). 

Information

There is no way to add customized errors (or to show any error at all) in call dispositions when a rep is suddenly removed from a Team, by design. However, a feature to add a custom Reason for No Disposition Fields has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
