Overview
You may want to add a conditional custom field to your disposition set that will be based on the call result (will be available only when a specific call result is selected) and want to know how to do it.
For example, when a rep documents the call as 'Correct Contact', they will need to fill the custom field that you have created (but it will not be required when a call is documented as 'No Answer').
Information
Unfortunately, the feature to add conditional fields based on native call results is currently not available in Playbooks. You can contact support and request it as enhancement.
