Overview

Some users were removed from their teams, and now they are unable to disposition their current calls (they are essentially stuck) because they are no longer on teams.

Information

This is not an error, as the users must belong to a team to be able to disposition calls. Regardless of who removed the users from their team(s), you can solve this problem by ensuring that your user is added to a team.
