Overview

You have a complex call disposition with several sets of controlling/picklist fields in your call disposition settings. You want the dependent field controlled by schema to be OPTIONAL in one of these fields, and in another field set you want the dependent field to be REQUIRED using a checkbox.

Information

When you create or edit a call log, Playbooks automatically puts dependent fields on the call log. When a field is put on the call log automatically, you can't mark the field as REQUIRED or not by design, like you do when you manually add a field to the call log. Since the ability to make a dependent field REQUIRED or OPTIONAL is not currently available in Playbooks, the feature to Make Automatic Conditional Fields Required has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
