Overview
You see the following error when viewing Call Monitoring page and you cannot listen to live calls:
You have reached the maximum number of Call-Monitoring pages that you are allowed to have open at once.
Solution
This issue may be caused by a stuck tutorial for Call Monitoring - log out from Playbooks and log in again, then skip the tutorial for Call Monitoring and refresh the page. You should be able to access the Call Monitoring page without issues.
If the issue persists, please clear cache & cookies and Site Data in your browser and restart your computer.
