"A problem occurred when trying to load this page." When Trying to Listen to Call Recording

Overview

You may encounter the following error when clicking on a link to listen to a recording in the Playbooks Manager app:

A problem occurred when trying to load this page.

Solution

  1. Update your Google Chrome to the latest version.

    If you are unable to update Chrome for some reason, make sure to disable the following flag (which is present in Google Chrome before version 91):
    1. Open the following address in your Chrome browser:
      chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies
    2. Find the "SameSite by default cookies" setting and disable it.

  2. Please clear cache & cookies and Site Data in Google Chrome.
  3. Relaunch Chrome.
