Overview
You may notice that Tasks are shown as created by Access User in Salesforce and you would like to switch the settings so that Tasks will be shown as created by End Users.
Solution
Managers or admins can switch the tasks to be synced using End User accounts following the steps below:
- From Playbooks Manager Application, navigate to Settings > CRM > Salesforce Access User.
- Set the Sync Tasks as option to End User.
Note: Make sure your end users (i.e., representatives) have the required rights (i.e., to create and update tasks) configured in your CRM.

Additionally, you can set the following actions to be performed by the Access User or by End Users:
- Retrieve Records
- Update Records
- Retrieve Schema
