Overview
You may encounter an issue that tasks created or updated in Playbooks are synchronized with your CRM very slowly.
Solution
This issue may happen when tasks are configured to be synced using End User accounts. Switch the tasks to be synced as Access User to improve the synchronization speed:
- From Playbooks Manager Application, navigate to Settings > CRM > Salesforce Access User.
- Set the Sync Tasks as option to Access User.
