Playbooks only shows you some tasks despite multiple tasks existing

Overview

You noticed accounts not being shown on your dashboard. Going through accounts, you can see you have multiple tasks left to complete, but Playbooks is only showing you some of them. For example, you may have 4 email tasks, but Playbooks is only showing you one, or you may have 2 calls, but none of them are showing up in your dashboard.

Information

This is expected product behavior. Tasks will only appear in your daily task list for a Play when they are due. If some tasks are due later, then they will not show up in your task list. The dashboard view only displays what is due for the same day.
