Why are my tasks showing only a few accounts loaded into Playbooks?

Overview

You have tasks assigned for today, that are showing that you have fewer accounts loaded into Playbooks. You are sure you have many more accounts loaded in Playbooks, so the tasks are not showing all the records they should.

 

Information

Once the record is enrolled in a Play, the Tasks screen will display whatever Play Steps are due for that record, based on the order established during Play creation.

Not every Play will have tasks due every day since there is a timing factor involved in spacing out when you reach out to each prospect.

If you navigate to your Menu and then to Settings, then click on Accounts, you will see that you have more accounts listed there. Some of them have completed all of their steps, and some other steps will not be due until further days. That is the way the tool shows the tasks by design.
