Overview

If you are converting a Lead during a call, logged task activity will be created without relation to the created contact a.k.a. becomes an "orphaned task".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into a Salesforce/Playbooks account.
2. Create a Lead with a number you can call.
3. Call the Lead.
4. While the call is still connected click "Convert" on the Lead.
5. Fill out the required fields.
6. Click Save.
7. After ending the call, check both the account and the contact and you'll see that the call doesn't show in the Activity History.

The issue is logged with Engineering as a bug with no ETA.
