Overview
If you are converting a Lead during a call, logged task activity will be created without relation to the created contact a.k.a. becomes an "orphaned task".
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into a Salesforce/Playbooks account.
- Create a Lead with a number you can call.
- Call the Lead.
- While the call is still connected click "Convert" on the Lead.
- Fill out the required fields.
- Click Save.
- After ending the call, check both the account and the contact and you'll see that the call doesn't show in the Activity History.

The issue is logged with Engineering as a bug with no ETA.
