Can Managers Limit Which Sort Options Are Available to Users?

You may want to know if managers can limit which sort options are available to their reps.

For example, you are only using the Contactability Model, however, sort options Neural Score and Marginal Value are still available to select, while they do not have any value for your users.

Information

Currently, there is no option to limit or disable the default sort options for tasks and records. It can be requested as an enhancement by submitting a support request.

Only Custom Sorts can be enabled or hidden for certain teams,
