Filter or Sort options are not up-to-date

Overview

While Sorting or Filtering Tasks in Playbooks Extension, the available filter or sort options are not up-to-date. You have added new content for filtering but are only seeing out-of-date filtering or sorting options.

While most content in Playbooks will sync instantly, there are some exceptions, such as: 

    • The automatic sync of data between Playbooks and the CRM will take place every 12 hours. 
    • Names appearing within the Call Monitor will only sync nightly.

Solution

Issues with content synchronization, such as the missing filter/sort options, are often related to the 12-hour sync window. 

  1. Have another user verify this behavior by using the same filter to confirm that the issue is not isolated to your browser.
  2. If this is affecting all users, wait for the expected content to complete its sync with Playbooks.

 

Testing

After the synchronization with your CRM has occurred, verify whether the expected filtering or sorting options are now visible.

If the trouble persists after the normal synchronization period, please get in touch with Playbooks support.
