Overview
You might need to get your agent number changed because your phone system, e.g. Cisco is down. while Playbooks isn't allowing you to change your number.
Solution
This is a result of your user account not being assigned to a Permission Group or a Group you are assigned to missing Change Agent Number permission. Contact your Manager or Admin to add your user account to a Permissions Group with Change Agent Number permission.
