Check CRM Task Sync Integration User Setting

Overview

You might want to check if Playbooks CRM integration is set to sync tasks using the Access User or the End User setting.

Solution

  1. Open Playbooks Manager Application.
  2. Click Settings tab in the main menu.
  3. Click CRM sub-menu.
  4. Click Salesforce Access User sub-menu.
  5. Scroll down to Sync task as setting.
