Overview
You made a modification in the CRM (i.e. Salesforce) like adding a new custom field, and you want to push the sync between Playbooks and such CRM so you can see the changes immediately in Playbooks.
Information
The Playbooks instance will sync with the CRM instance to show recent changes performed in the CRM through its mass record scrub and sync task. Unfortunately, this sync task cannot be pushed forward or performed manually.
- If you are in need to speed up the sync task or you want this feature to be developed through an Enhancement Request, please contact support so we can escalate this to the proper team. You will be informed in both cases when the Engineering department act upon the request.
