Overview
The buttons to access Playbooks on several types of records are missing, stopping you from getting credits for the call in your organization by not letting you dial through Playbooks. Some other buttons like the "View in a play" button might be gone too.

This behavior can be observed when the connection between the CRM and Playbooks is disconnected. To solve this issue, you can either:
- Close the Playbooks Window, and open it back up again. From here you will see a blue banner at the bottom of the screen that says, "CRM authorization required" and the connect button.
Click connect and you can walk through those steps, and the data should be flowing once again from Playbooks to Salesforce.
- Right-click on the Playbooks window and click Reload. See the blue banner that says "CRM authorization required" and the connect button. Again, click connect and you can walk through those steps, and the data should be flowing once again from Playbooks to Salesforce.
- Try reconnecting Salesforce in Playbooks by clicking Disconnect and Connect again.
