Overview
You might have made a few calls but only some or no calls are being registered on your Playbooks personal dashboard.
Solution
Calls might not be registered because connection to CRM has not been established or has been disconnected. Check if you have "CRM authorization required" warning at the bottom of your Playbooks extension dashboard. Click connect button if you have one to connect to your CRM,
You can also check CRM connection and connect following the steps:
- Open Playbooks.
- Click Menu.
- Click Settings.
- Click CRM.
- Click Connect.
Note: If after connecting your CRM, the issue persists, check the Playbooks Status page. Verify if there is an incident or maintenance window in your region that affects the Playbooks communication with your CRM. If there is, click on Subscribe to Updates to get a notification once the incident has been resolved or the maintenance completed.
