Users Receive Emails For Unsuccessful Plays

Overview

Users may be receiving emails when Plays are marked as not successful and you want to stop these automated emails from being sent.

Information

There is no feature in Playbooks to send emails when Plays are marked as unsuccessful; these emails are most probably sent by your CRM. Please check the automation rules in Salesforce/ Dynamics CRM and adjust them accordingly to stop receiving such emails.
