How do I remove steps or tasks from a Play?

You want to know how to edit a Play to remove steps or tasks. You may have already enrolled records into that Play.

Information

Please note that once there are records enrolled in the Play, you can no longer remove Play steps or tasks. You can only snooze them so that you complete them at another time, or skip them. Alternatively, you can restart a Play for a record by removing the prospect from the current Play and then re-enrolling them, or enroll them in a new Play with different tasks.
