Overview

You want functionality in Playbooks where a user can transfer a lead (or another record type) to another rep without losing the play progress

Suggestions for how this should work:

• User opens a record in Playbooks and clicks a button that allows them to transfer the record to another member of their team
• Give managers the ability to move leads from one agent to another while keeping the play and step number the same
• Allow a setting that will make it that if a record is in Playbooks and monitor ownership changes would remove them, it instead reassigns them to the correct owner while keeping the play and step the same

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to transfer a lead/record to another rep without losing the play progress. However we have recorded this as an Enhancement Request, and it will be considered for future releases.
