Overview

You enrolled into a Play a list of prospects that you would like to reach. However, if you haven't been able to reach them when the Play is over, you want to move them automatically to another Play (a designated passive Play) without having to create a Robot to manage this.

Information

The option to automatically move records from active Plays to passive (different) Plays when the original Play is completed does not exist in Playbooks by design. However, a feature to Once a Play is Complete Shift Records Into Designated Follow Up Play has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
