How to change call disposition sets for a Team

Overview

You are wondering how you can apply a set of call dispositons for a new group of users. You may have one team who can see the call disposition set, and another team who cannot. You would like to know how to make the same disposition set visible to both teams.

In the Playbooks Manager app, you can change the call disposition set for a group of users by editing a Team and selecting the desired set. To do so, follow the below instructions:

1. Go to Teams
2. Under the Teams tab, click the three-dot menu and then click Edit
3. Under "Basic Info", find the dropdown for Disposition Set
4. Select the desired set of call dispositons for that team
5. Click Save

Repeat these instructions for all teams that you want to be able to see the desired disposition set.
