Overview
You have sent an email where you want to apply some modifications and you want to know if emails can be retracted after they have been sent.

Unfortunately, once emails are sent they cannot be retracted.

- If you sent an email using the Gmail platform and you changed your mind about sending the email, you have a short time after sending it to cancel it. More information can be found in the Recall an email with Undo Send section of the Send or unsend Gmail messages Article. However, this method and its implications have not been tested in Playbooks and can be considered a workaround without clear results on the Playbooks side.
