Overview
You want to recover a long ad-hoc email that you were creating, and which was lost because:
- When you hit the SEND button, it showed a red error message saying that it "Failed to send due to server error".
- You were unexpectedly signed out while you were typing
After checking SFDC you discovered that there is no email history logged in this platform, so you wonder if it is possible to recover the draft you were working on.
Information
By design, it won't be possible to recover emails after a failure, as they won't be preserved anywhere in Playbooks. We always recommend making sure you copy and paste your drafts somewhere after completion before sending them.
