How do I change or edit my email signature in Playbooks?

You are wondering how to change or edit your email signature within Playbooks.

Follow the below instructions:

1. Click Menu (Playbooks logo)
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Email
4. Scroll down to Signature box, where you can edit your email signature.

Please see the constraints related to the email signature:

• Acceptable file types: GIF, JPEG and PNG
• Recommended maximum dimensions: 300 x 300 pixels
• Recommended aspect ratio: 1:1
• Maximum file size: 15 MB
• Video File: Use Vidyard or OneMob integration
