Adding Calendar Links to Emails

Overview

Representatives can have customers click a calendar link to schedule a meeting in Playbooks Calendar, without the representative scheduling the meeting first. You may want to add this link to your email signature.

Information

While editing an email, simply click the calendar icon and your unique calendar link is automatically inserted into emails.

  1. Open an Email Task or Template.
  2. Click on the Calendar Icon in the toolbar.
  3. Complete email as normal.
  4. Click SEND.

In addition to adding the calendar link into emails, you can put your calendar link in your email signature. A convenient calendar link can be found on the signature editor page.
