Overview
You might notice problems with your Playbooks Email Templates, e.g. but not limited to:
- Current/recently created Email Templates are missing.
- Deleted Templates are still in place.
Solution
Try refreshing your Playbooks browser window and check whether new temples are available after scrolling the window.
Your templates may have been removed by your Admin or Manager. For example, your company may have decided to remove all custom templates as they want everyone to use only standard email templates.
We do not keep records of who has removed email templates and there is no way to recover deleted templates. Please reach out to your manager or admin for further information on why your templates were removed. You may need to re-create your templates from scratch - make sure to check with your manager if you still have permissions to create custom templates.
