Getting Read Receipt Notifications When Opening Emails Sent to Prospects

Overview

You are receiving Read Receipt notifications mistakenly when you open the emails sent to prospects and you want to know how to whitelist your email so it does not track when opening emails.

Solution

Ask your admin to add your IP address or Domain to the do not track list in the Playbooks Manager app:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Do Not Track.
  2. Select IP Addresses or Domains.
  3. Click on the yellow plus button and enter the required IP or Domain.


Additionally, you can:

Choose files or drag and drop files
