Email Attachment, CC and BCC Fields Are Not Logged to Activities in Salesforce

Overview

You may notice that when you send an email from Playbooks and it is synced to Salesforce, the corresponding task (activity) does not include the values from the CC and BCC fields and the name of the attachment.

Information

Please note that this behavior is by design - information about email attachments, CC and BCC fields is not intended to be synced to your CRM. You can request this feature to be developed as an enhancement for future releases by submitting a support request.
