Calls Do Not Reach RingCentral

Overview

You may encounter an issue that calls do not connect to your RingCentral phone, while you can dial out numbers from Playbooks.

This issue happens when your Agent Phone Number (or TAS Bypass Number if you are using one) is not configured in Playbooks.

Solution

If you have rights to edit your Agent Phone number, you need to configure it in Playbooks.

Otherwise, ask your manager to set up the correct phone number for your account as described in the article Configuring Agent Phone Number in Xant Playbooks.
