Cannot Answer Calls When Documentation of the Previous Call Is Not Finished

You may want to know if it is possible to answer inbound calls while you haven't finished documenting the previous call. 

Information

It is currently not possible to answer a call without documenting the previous one; you need to select the disposition reason first and you can skip adding notes for the call - then you will be able to answer an inbound call. After the new call is finished (and documented), you can go back to the previous call and add the required notes (the call can be found under the Activities tab for the corresponding prospect).

Also, the feature to be able to answer calls without documenting the previous call has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
