Overview
If you are receiving calls using Playbooks, you might want to check your most recent inbound missed calls.
Solution
An full Inbound calls report is not yet available directly in Playbooks. However, Playbooks show 14 days worth of inbound missed calls.
- Open Playbooks Application.
- Click Menu (Playbooks logo).
- Click Missed Calls.
Salesforce reporting can provide you with a full report of those inbound calls you missed. If you're not familiar with Salesforce reporting, your company's Salesforce admin will be able to assist you with the Call reports.
